Refund Policy

We often offer injections and services at a discounted rate when purchased in advance. We understand that there are times unforeseeable to patients that they may need to have their purchases refunded. Purchase cancellation requests received within 3 days of purchase may be eligible to receive a full refund less our service and restocking fees with the following stipulations:

  • Refund requests received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Requests will be accepted via phone, fax or email, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • All refund requests must be made by the credit card holder.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the patient and injectable/service.
  • Refunds will be given in the original payment form.

Any and all refund requests must be made directly to the Practice Director.
