Sandra Caldwell, LSO

Certified Supervising Laser Instructor & Technician, Certified Advanced Ultherapist, Licensed Medical Aesthetician, Advanced Lumenis M-22 and ResurFX Training

Sandra is a certified supervising laser instructor and technician, certified advanced Ultherapist, and licensed medical aesthetician with advanced Lumenis M-22 and ResurFX training. She has over 20 years of experience as a medical aesthetician and laser technician/instructor. The Scottsdale Laser & Injectable Institute is located within Blume & Body, and it is where Sandra hosts her small, personalized laser classes with hands-on training. The school and our practice have the highest-rated, most popular lasers and aesthetic equipment available.

As the Practice Director, Sandra is dedicated to outstanding personal services and exceeding her patients’ expectations. Sandra provides complimentary consultations to educate patients on all non-surgical aesthetic treatments. With over 30 year of experience, she listens and gives recommendations. Every patient is unique and has different goals, Blume Skin & Body excels with great outcomes and customer service. When she is not providing her patients with excellent care, Sandra loves to travel with her husband and dogs and spend time with her granddaughters Abigail and Isabel.

Julie Mallon, RN

Aesthetic Nurse Injector & Clinical Supervisor

Julie is a Registered Nurse with over 12 years of experience in Aesthetic Nursing, ICU, Trauma/Emergency Department, and Outpatient Surgery. Julie trained in Advanced Injectable Techniques directly under Dr. Martin Blume and is Blume Skin and Body’s Clinical Supervisor. Julie has received advanced training in Aesthetic Injections and regularly seeks continuing education opportunities within the Aesthetic field to ensure she is always up to date on best practices and techniques.

Julie’s goal as an Injector is to combine her artistic skills and medical background to deliver natural results that are sure to enhance her patient’s unique features and promote a healthy, youthful appearance.

Julie is originally from Kansas City, Missouri. She is married to her high school sweetheart and together they have two children, a dog and a cat. When she is not Injecting, Julie enjoys hiking, camping, cooking, reading and painting.

Trisha Nordaune, MS, BA, RN

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Trisha has a wealth of experience including over 10 years experience in Aesthetic Nursing, Medical/Surgical Trauma, and Mental Health. She has advanced aesthetics training in neuromodulators (Botox, Xeomin & Dysport), facial fillers, liquid rhinoplasty, liquid facelift, Kybella, PDO Threads, and Radiesse BBL (Non-surgical butt lift). Trisha has an artistic eye and enjoys educating patients and explaining available options that support their desired outcomes. She believes that the goal of anti-aging and facial rejuvenation should be to enhance what you already have while replacing volume lost over the years. Trisha’s favorite treatments to perform include full face rejuvenation and liquid rhinoplasty.

Trisha is originally from Minnesota and lives in Chandler with her husband and dog. When she is not in the office, Trisha enjoys hiking, golfing, lifting weights and spending time with her family and friends. Besides Nursing, Trisha has a Bachelor’s of Art in Psychology and a Master of Science in Counseling.

Nicole Farnsworth, MSN, RN, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner

Nicole has over 7 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in the medical aesthetic industry. She has worked in women’s health and aesthetics and was even a former aesthetic Medical Director. She has trained with some of the top surgeons and injectors in the country and continues to attend trainings so that she can stay up-to-date on her techniques. She loves helping her patients look and feel their best, both inside and out!

As an Arizona native, Nicole knows the importance of hydrated, healthy skin and she enjoys helping her patients achieve evenly toned, hydrated skin. Her holistic approach to beauty means she sees everyone for the unique canvas they are. She has two fur babies and a large family that she loves spending time with.

Caitlin Sixbey, CLT

Senior Licensed Medical Aesthetician & Clinical Supervisor

Caitlin is a certified laser technician, certified advanced Ultherapist, and certified microblade artis. She has been in the Aesthetics industry since 2006 and with Blume Skin and Body since 2013, our patients can rely on Caitlin to provide medical-grade facials and customize their skincare routines with effective treatment. She is an expert in chemical peels, DermaSweep, Hydrafacial, OxyGeneo Facials, and microneedling and is a certified phlebotomist.

Caitlin is originally from Rochester, NY, and enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants, taking new fitness classes, and spending her time with friends and family.

Advanced Training In:

Julia Militello, CLT

Certified Laser Technician / Licensed Medical Aesthetician / Certified Phlebotomist

Julia is a certified medical aesthetician and certified ultherapist at Blume Skin & Body with over 5 years of experience as a certified laser technician and medical aesthetician. She has brought excellent customer service skills and advanced knowledge in laser treatments and medical-grade facials to our facility. Julia has a passion for excellent results and works hard to reach her patients’ skin care goals. She is an expert in OxyGeneo facials, HydraFacial, Microneedling, BBL/IDL and Laser Resurfacing.

Julia is also an Arizona native, and she loves to travel, hike, work out, and spend time with her family & friends.

Advanced Training In:

Deb Moyer

Medical Assistant / Laser Technician

Deb has 6 years of experience as a cosmetic laser technician and has been with Blume Skin & Body for over 3 years. She enjoys the variety of people she is able to meet and work with while helping each of them achieve their individualized cosmetic goals. Deb also has a degree in and a love for interior design and manages several rental properties in her free time. Her time outside of work also consists of helping any animals in need, visiting with friends and family, traveling, photography, and anything else creative! She has lived most of her life in Arizona.

Jenny Mollman

Director of Operations

Jenny has been in the field of medical practice management for over 15 years where she specialized in Orthopedics,/Spinal Surgery, Cardiology and Family Practice.

Originally a native of South Dakota, she moved to Arizona in 2001.

When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family & friends, hiking, music concerts and comedy shows.
